This personal referral page is operated by Jonah Kinder, a Smurfit Westrock employee in Winston-Salem. It is not the company’s application system.

What is saved

Your name, email, preferred shift, referral source and time of consent are saved when you submit the optional referral tracking form. Jonah may add application dates, start dates, follow-up notes and referral progress to manage the referral. Do not send identity documents, financial details, medical information or other sensitive records here.

Who can see it

Candidate records are stored in this site’s hosted database and are available to Jonah through an authenticated owner dashboard. They are not displayed publicly. The hosting provider processes the data to operate the service.

How it is used

Jonah can email you about the referral, ask whether you applied or started, and check in about the job. The optional form is not required to view jobs or apply. Submitting it does not apply for a position, enroll you in marketing, or automatically send your details to Smurfit Westrock. Use the official company application for employment information.

Your choices

Contact kinder.smurfit.westrock@gmail.com to correct your information or stop follow-up. A private removal link is shown after a new submission; it deletes your tracker record and associated activity. Deletion here does not remove an application you sent to the company.

Retention and downloads

Records remain until Jonah removes them or you use your removal link. Jonah’s operating checklist calls for regular cleanup of closed records and records no longer needed. Downloaded backups must also be removed when a deletion request is handled.

Technical protection

The service uses a short-lived hash of a request’s network address to limit abusive form submissions. No raw network address is stored in the tracker. No advertising trackers are included. Signing into the owner dashboard uses the hosting service’s authentication.
